Personal Training Background
I was certified as a personal trainer by ACE from 2012 until 2018. Prior to then, I had been giving massage clients self-care and exercise advice since 1999.
I am an “anatomy nerd,” studying muscles and other anatomical structures every day. I also read widely on health care, medical research, and massage research.
